Due to the time difference and lack of sleeping, I was very tired during the training and it had been for all day, we actually even just had the lunch in the training room. Although it was only the entrance level training, some examples that HRD given did shock me significantly, especially the one narrated the confliction between him and his manager and what he did and what he thought which is the same as mine, namely, not caring about what the Managers do and letting him make mistake and laughing at him after his mistakes. He shared what kind of box he was in when he was doing so and the detrimental effects to the relationship between him and his manager. All what he taught made me thought that whether I was in the box in regarding to the confliction between my GM and myself.
