跳出盒子做項目

at I am more tolerant than my manager, especially after he said changing office to me, the feeling of intolerance of him was much stronger. Secondly, I felt that I was professional than my manager, I would just look down on him when he jumped from one topic to another topic and would think he was too much not professional. 由于時差和睡眠的原因,在培訓課上是非常困乏的,而且培訓進行了整整一天,中午飯都是叫的外賣大家一起在培訓室吃的,這只是一個入門的培訓,但是人力資源總監(jiān)的幾個例子卻讓筆者非常震撼,尤其是他講到的他工作經歷中一次和他的領導之間的嚴重沖突以及他當初的做法,以及和筆者一樣的看著領導去犯錯誤的做法以,還有他當時是在怎樣一個盒子里并且這個盒子對他和他的領導之間關系的危害。也讓筆者思考:在筆者和自己總經理的矛盾中,自己是不是一直將自己困在盒子里呢?后來和人力資源總監(jiān)又有幾次的溝通,越發(fā)覺得自己確實是困在盒子里。筆者也按照人力資源總監(jiān)Craig的引導分析了套在自己身上的這個盒子。 首先,覺得自己比領導寬容,尤其是當領導說出換辦公室那番話之后,就越發(fā)覺得領導無容人之量;其次,自己覺得自己比領導更職業(yè)化,尤其是在面對顧客的時候,當領導顧左右而言他的時候,心里會竊竊的想,領導真的很不職業(yè)化,看我在顧客面前表現得多么得體!似之等等!甚至對領導有點鄙視的.


After the training by HRD, I was thinking about my thought and behavior a little bit more and I also carefully considered my manager’s need by seeing him as people, instead of seeing him as something on my way to manage my project successfully, a means which I can use to push my project forward or something which are not important in my project management. I quite understood my manager’s thought after I considered the confliction with him in different way. For instance, I was thinking that he might be fear and frustrated to have a tough employee, he wanted to do his job well as he is new to the company, also he wanted to show his manager what a good employee he was. Even though I was out of my box, my boss was not out of his and he asked me to change my office with him again afterward. I had talked to him several times sincerely.
