摘要：工程量清單計價是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工作，比傳統(tǒng)的定額計價方法更趨合理、準確、有效。是真正和市場經(jīng)濟體制相適應的一種投標報價模式，也是未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢。在工程量清單計價模式下，工程造價控制有許多問題有待深入研究和把握。造價人員要嚴格執(zhí)行《建設(shè)工程工程量清單計價規(guī)范》，做到客觀、公正、合理、準確。作為國家標準的《建設(shè)工程工程量清單計價規(guī)范》已于2003年7月1日正式實施，其主導原則是“規(guī)定量、市場價、競爭價”。我們就清單模式下造價控制應特別注意解決的幾個問題進行交流與探討。
